Neutral Trade work as exclusive agent, distributor, sales, and brand builder of unique brands for companies in the F&B industry providing a broad spectrum of sales, marketing, logistic, and distribution service to brands and to satisfying the needs of the retail and food service.

Neutral Trade has a strong network in Off- and On-trade as well as e-commerce. We operate with the support of our sales team on the road to provide that invaluable personal touch and love to make plenty of noise on social media and through our marketing. With our intuition, we`re having a nose for what has potential and is up and coming as well as spotting gaps in the market.

Logistics

 

Our warehousing operations run on contemporary systems. These systems, ensure that the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics team is upheld to our strict standards.

Our warehouses are managed and maintained by a professional and dedicated logistics crew, certified to use all the available equipment to perform their day to day tasks

Brand Representation

 

Acting as the brand representative our role is investigatory, analytical, and entrepreneurial; identifying the size of the prize with our clients and then understanding the best way to move forward in the market/s. This sort of support is what our clients tell us they value more than anything; getting reliable, unbiassed market intelligence and assurance that no matter what, there is someone in the market looking after their interests. Having a local ambassador who identifies potential partners, acts for the brand, or makes direct introductions to retailers is an invaluable part of the package we deliver.

For the brands with which we work an important part of our role is in assessing the capabilities and competence of distributors that approached them, using our local contacts to find out the truth about their performance and identifying and negotiating with the best suited options on their behalf if they do not have any local suitors. Once the distributor is appointed, we continue to monitor, support, cajole and ensure that our client’s brands and products are properly represented in the market, that marketing agreements are complied with, that the products are listed where promised and that your brand gets the focus from the partner that was promised. As your local representative, we will join them at sales meetings if needed, help in staff training, hold them to account when the terms of the agreement are not met – because at the end of the day, we are only successful if our connections are successful; and that means both the brand owner and the distributor.
